Return of merchandise policy

In order to return a product to us for a refund, the request must be made by contacting customer service at info@farleyacd.com no more than 14 days after receipt of your order.

Return delivery costs ($12.95 + tax throughout Canada) are the responsibility of the customer. Once the package is received and the refund accepted, please allow 3 to 7 business days to obtain your refund. This will be made to your original payment method.

No item returned without first contacting us will be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by their label. Any item that has been used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.

The products are carefully inspected upon receipt and FARLEY Animal Accessories reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions mentioned above (broken item, having been worn, washed or stained), it will then be returned to you at your expense.

We only process returns of orders placed on our online store. If your purchase was made at one of our points of sale, please proceed directly with them.

All items purchased on sale marked “FINAL SALE” and custom-produced items are final sales.

There are no returns or exchanges possible. Any promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with other promotions.

We do not offer price adjustments on any previously purchased products. Sales and promotions do not apply to purchases made the day before or a few days before a promotion.

Warranty Policy

FARLEY ANIMAL ACCESSORIES cover its products with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year. During this warranty period, if any defect/problem is found.

Before returning a defective product to us, you must contact us via our contact form by selecting the message subject "Warranty on purchased product" and providing the requested information:

Order number
Photo(s) of the breakage
Context of use in which the breakage occurred

FARLEY pet accessories do not guarantee breakage caused by a dog (biting), by an incident (tearing or cutting with a blunt object), by poor maintenance or inappropriate use of the product, by normal wear or disintegration natural colors and materials over time. Any modification to our equipment voids the warranty.

For any defective item, presenting a manufacturing defect covered by the guarantee, FARLEY animal accessories undertakes, depending on the type of breakage, to offer you a repair service or to send you a replacement part or to exchange the item. defective item, at no additional cost to the customer.

Repair policy

If you have a problem with an item that is no longer covered by warranty, know that we offer you an out-of-warranty repair service and low-cost replacement parts. Where possible, we repair or replace parts of a damaged item. The costs for this service are covered by the customer.

Please note that when a product is modified, it is no longer refundable or exchangeable. Delivery costs for the repair are borne by the customer.

delivery time

Delivery times within Quebec are 1 to 3 business days and can go up to 7 business days for orders delivered outside Quebec. When your order is posted, a confirmation email with tracking number is automatically sent to you by email.

For deliveries outside of Canada, delivery times may vary from 5 to 10 business days, but cannot be guaranteed by FARLEY Animal Accessories. Taxes and customs fees may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal, non-claim of a package, wrong address

FARLEY animal accessories are not responsible for postal costs, customs duties and other taxes relating to the return of a shipment to its workshop if:

You refuse to take possession of your package upon delivery;
Your package is not claimed after a certain number of days of waiting at the post office;
You have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;

When one of these situations arises, Canada Post automatically charges us for the return costs. Therefore, if your order is returned to us for one of the reasons previously stated, the following reshipping costs apply:

Canada: $20* + applicable taxes
United States: $40*

If your package is returned to us, our customer service will contact you to begin the return procedure. If, after 10 working days, we have not heard from you, we will refund your order less the reshipping costs mentioned above.

FARLEY Pet Accessories may change or modify this document as our policies and practices change. We reserve the right to do so with or without notice to our users.
